Leadership Team
Andrew Lefin, PE – President
Andrew offers 30 years of EPC experience. All of this has been on large scale projects of which 10 years has been exclusively in project management. With 10 years of Project Management, 11 years of Engineering and 9 years of ‘boots on the ground’ Construction/Commissioning experience, Andrew is quickly able to float across most areas of execution to address your issues. Andrew can speak to and provide the staff for detailed design or work with craft and install piping/equipment. With this experience, Andrew can see shortfalls, understand weakness in current execution and bolster the team as needed. Should Contracts become difficult, Andrew also offers the experience of a large $26MM claim on a large project. His familiarity with schedules, budgets, quality control and manpower allow him to assist clients in many areas.
Karla Lefin – Associate Consultant
Karla is a para-legal providing administration resources and legal contacts for the business as needed. Karla brings a common sense approach to issues.
